The villa is situated on the quiet, well kept Community of La Goleta part of the Faro Park development. There are a number of good bars, restaurants and several supermarkets within walking distance.
A picturesque coastal walk with a seafront promenade runs close by the villa into Playa Blanca. A 5 minute drive takes you to the sheltered beach of of Playa Flamingo and a further 2 minutes into Playa Blanca where there are two more golden sandy beaches and a pedestrian shopping area. Here there are many shops, several supermarkets and a selection of pavement bars and restaurants offering good food at reasonable prices.
A golf course is located at Puerto del Carmen, a 30 minute drive away and a second at Costa Teguise, approx. 40 mins drive.
Arrecife airport is approximately a 30-minute drive away.
