The large open plan lounge with a vaulted ceiling and French doors opens onto the terrace and is comfortably furnished. The flat screened Smart TV has available all main British terrestrial programmes plus sky, sky cinema, sky sports and BT sports. Enter your password for access to programmes such as Now or Netflix. There is a DVD player together with a selection of films.
Casa Lanah has 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both have generous fitted wardrobes and free-standing fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and French doors leading to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom with a walk in shower across the hall. For a small charge air conditioning is available in both bedrooms.
The modern kitchen with marble worktops is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The adjoining dining/sunroom area has a large marble table which comfortably seats six. The room is enclosed by wide sliding doors which can remain closed on cooler evenings thus providing comfortable dining throughout the year. A small utility room adjoins and includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes dryer. The room leads onto a large terrace, stone BBQ and additional outside sheltered seating area.
The villa has the benefit of a large roof terrace ideal for sunbathing or a quiet evening drink enjoying the panoramic ocean view across to Fuerteventura.
